Marie Fleur — Les Amis de MarieFleur, Lier

In-store discovery app

A custom app for the MarieFleur clothing shop in Lier, focused on younger customers. Used by shop personnel and visitors inside the store, it helps customers discover clothes in an engaging way — even in a large retail space.

How it works:

  • Visitor enters gender, age, name and email (some optional)
  • Swipe left or right (thumbs up/down) through pictures of people wearing clothes available in the shop
  • After swiping, the app shows where to find the chosen clothes in the store — via a color code
  • Optional: dress a selfie with the chosen clothes to see how they look without trying them on

The app is well accepted by customers and supports the shop's goal of offering a total concept for different age groups.

Praatkracht Connect — training management & enrollment

A custom platform for Praatkracht, an expertise center in Verbindende Communicatie (Nonviolent Communication), Facilitation, and Mediation in Belgium. Praatkracht Connect supports public enrollment for open trainings, trainer scheduling, and full backoffice management.

What we delivered:

  • Public catalog — Open trainings with sessions, locations (online or at Huis voor Verbinding), and one-click enrollment
  • Enrollment flow — For individuals (or couples) and organisations, with VAT validation, pricing, and waitlist handling (Dutch & English)
  • Trainer dashboard — Calendar and week view with assigned sessions and status (planned, confirmed, completed)
  • Admin backoffice — Training and session management, enrollments, organisations, planning, invoicing, and user roles

Built with React, TypeScript, and Supabase — tailored to Praatkracht’s workflows and bilingual (NL/en) public flow.

De Vinster

WiseBase DVC — container rental operations app

A custom AppSheet app for De Vinster, a container rental company in Belgium (construction and waste containers). WiseBase DVC supports the full operational cycle: reservation, planning, follow-up, and invoicing — all from one central menu with clear, icon-driven actions.

Key functionality:

  • Reservation — New container reservation; manage ongoing (not yet invoiced) reservations; dedicated container-reservations and quotes (offertes) views
  • Planning — Plan jobs (delivery, placement, pickup); container calendar, job calendar, and personnel calendar; view planned jobs for follow-up
  • Follow-up — Complete jobs; view all tasks (alle taken); manage active reservations and job status through the workflow
  • Invoicing — Invoice completed jobs; manage all invoices; create arbitrary invoices (e.g. “other” type) not linked to a job or container

The app also covers containers & pricing, waste types (soorten afval), contacts, personnel, and company settings. The main menu highlights the most-used actions with distinct icons so the team can run from new job → plan → view planned → complete → invoice without leaving the flow.

We needed one central place for containers, jobs, and invoicing. WiseBase DVC does that. Clear menus, clear actions — I use it daily.

BERA Alert — incident reporting & community safety app

A mobile app for BERA (Belgian Equipment Rental Association), enabling members to report incidents immediately and safely, track stolen items, and receive real-time updates. The app helps keep the rental community alert and informed.

Key features:

  • Direct incident reporting — Report incidents with detailed descriptions and photos so accurate information is shared with authorities
  • Real-time updates — Live notifications on the status of reports
  • Community warnings — Notifications about recent incidents in the area to stay vigilant and aware of potential threats
  • Secure data storage — Information is stored and protected so privacy is always guaranteed
  • User-friendly interface — Intuitive design so users can navigate and report with ease

BERA Alert is built to empower users with the tools and information needed to respond effectively to incidents and create a safer environment for everyone.

We wanted the rental sector to be able to react quickly and share accurate information. Wiseworks built an app that does exactly that — reporting and alerts in one place.
